About Ethno

Ethno is an international world music gathering that has taken place in the region of Dalarna every summer since 1990. Ethno Sweden gathers around 90 participants every year, arriving from around 25 different countries, and is open to folk musicians age 18 to 30.

Ethno Sweden is organized by Folkmusikens hus in collaboration with the Royal Swedish Academy of Music.
